POLICY STATEMENT:

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

We encourage all patients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be available, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary intake forms and consultations.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows without prior notice will also be charged a missed appointment fee. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all patients efficiently.

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments. Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care, and we are happy to assist with insurance verification and claims processing. However, patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses.

PATIENT PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. Your personal and medical information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized parties as necessary for your treatment, billing, or legal requirements. If you have any concerns about how your information is handled, please contact our office.

TREATMENT CONSENT AND PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Before receiving chiropractic care, patients will be required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging their understanding of treatment risks and benefits. We encourage open communication and invite patients to discuss any concerns with their chiropractor. Patients are responsible for following treatment recommendations, attending scheduled appointments, and informing us of any changes in their health status.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

To maintain a clean and safe environment, we adhere to strict hygiene and sanitization protocols. Treatment areas and equipment are disinfected regularly, and hand hygiene is practiced by all staff. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and other patients.
